Head chef Hubert Rubatscher focuses on regional ingredients such as our fresh Alta Badia cheese and other products directly from our farm Lüch da Pcëi. Our four special lounges on the upper floor make the extraordinary cuisine even more impressive.

Says Hubert. He attaches great importance to quality and reducing things to the essentials. Only the best ingredients, often from the immediate vicinity, and the typical flavours of our Alta Badia cheese characterise his creations. In his eyes, a good dish does not need excessive technique, but only honest, wholesome ingredients. This is how he brings the essence of the Dolomites to your plate and takes you into the Ladin culture one bite at a time.
