Upon reservation, we also serve our delicious raclette with our homemade cheese.

Our head chef Hubert Rubatscher has already worked with the best chefs in Val Badia - an Italian region known for its top Michelin-starred restaurants. It was here that Hubert honed his craft and mastered the high standards of the best addresses. Since opening in 2010, he has been combining his passion for simple, natural flavours with the finesse of fine dining at La Sieia restaurant.
